We have been carrying out extensive visitor research with key industry experts to discuss extremely critical FM and Cleaning related issues and find solutions on how to better evolve the 2019 edition of FM EXPO Saudi and Saudi Clean Expo into an unmissable event for Cleaning and Facilities Management professionals.
New legislation regulations, recent technological advancements and procurement processes are some of the topics that emerged as top challenges.
It is with this knowledge, that we are developing key show features in line with emerging challenges highlighted by the industry. This will be further supported with technical workshops headed by international speakers, talking about real life case studies.

Ahmed Alshadooki, Founder & General Manager - Hawatek
Ahmed is the Founder & General Manager of HAWATEK, a Riyadh based specialized marketer and service provider for industrial maintenance solutions for commercial HVAC, facility management, food and beverage, manufacturing, power generation, maritime and other industrial applications. Previously he held positions of CEO for Research Products Development Company, a TAQNIA subsidiary; Commercial Services Director for TAQNIA – a Public Investment Fund company; Co-Founder for Rosemary Catering; Co-Founder and General Manager for Tam Enterprise – an Al Mozoon Group subsidiary; Vice President for Al Mozoon Group. Moreover, as a volunteer, Ahmed is a member of the Communication and Information Technology Committee for Riyadh Chamber of Commerce since 2009 and the National Communication and Information Technology Committee for the Council of Saudi Chambers since Jan 2018. Additionally, he has mentored Start-ups for Dulani Business Center, an initiative by the Saudi Development Bank.
Ahmed holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Electronic Networking from Eastern Kentucky University. While in the professional front, he went through a list of executive training programs in Saudi Arabia and outside. Eng. Galal Suliman (BSc, MSc, FIHEEM, CBIFM, MICS), Vice President for FM - The Medical Village Company, Riyadh
As Vice President for Facilities Management, Galal responsible of all aspects of the facilities management at all levels, strategic, tactical and operations.
Galal is resourceful professional with more than 20 years of experience, and experience includes a broad-spectrum in a variety industry such as healthcare, commercial, offices and residential, and has long been a proponent of achieving excellence in all areas, blends project management, process management and change management to set strategic vision and achieve objectives. Knowledgeable in the use of facilities management tools to protect and extend the life cycle and continuous operational requirements.
Galal holds master’s degrees in Facilities Management and Built Environment from University of London in UK and an Honours bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from University of Khartoum, and Prince2 professional certification for project management.
Galal is a Certified Facility Manager with the British Institute of Facility Management Association (CBIFM) in the UK and holds a Fellow designation from the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management (FIHEEM) in the UK and holds membership of the International Council of Shopping Centres (MICSC) in the USA.
Richard Naylor, Chief Executive Officer - Cushman & Wakefield, Saudi Arabia
Richard was appointed Chief Executive – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2011 and oversees Cushman & Wakefield’s business in KSA. An Honours graduate from Manchester University, he has 27 years’ experience in the Property Services industry. Richard is a member of the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) as well as holding regional membership in the Middle East Facilities Management Association (MEFMA). Richard has been living and working in the Middle East for 12 years.
Prior to moving to the Middle East, Richard was the General Manager for a leading UK based FM service provider overseeing contracts throughout the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Since taking up his appointment as Chief Executive for C&W, Richard and his team have won a number of industry awards including; the fmME Consultancy of the Year for for three consecutive years, 2014 - 2016 and then again in 2018, and the best Property Consultancy of the year for 2016, 2017 and 2018.
